Went up there to sign my lease, spoke with Calvin who made it seem like it was a dying situation if I didnt rush to sign my lease, he was on his phone and the computer the whole time as I was doing the paperwork and never explained anything to me he waites until all the paperwork was signed for me to see the apartment VERY SMALL ROOMS dont believe the hype from the pictures the insides is a mess, he even had the nerve to give me a brochure to a furniture place and to tell them her referred me

My apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It is a two bedroom. It is upstairs and downstairs. We have security at night. The only thing that I don't have, is a washer and dryer hookup. The only thing that scares me are the raccoons and possums. I don't like the fact that the apartments are rows, because of a fire. They also seems to have a problem with management. I also don't like the fact that they keep going up on my rent every year.They clean your ...

The apartments are all in rows so to say if a fire started on one end, then the entire row would be destroyed and so would the contents inside of them. I have been a resident here since 2013 and I must the maintenance personnel are awesome . Any time I have had a maintenance issue even on the weekend it was handled promptly. The management here are very respectful and ensure that all matters are handled and they follow-up making sure it handled completely .
