Being here for 3 years has made me regret not living in the dorms an extra year. I have been trying to get maintenance to remove dead roaches out of my light fixtures since I moved in. Nobody told me about the LOUD frat next door, continuing staff changes result in false promises. A maintenance worker hit my car, scrached my paint and broke my taillight and nothing was done about it by the office. Prices keep going up but NOTHING has been improved in my unit since I moved in. I have notified the ...
office on multiple occasions about worries of mold in the vents and the walls and nothing has been done. Tried to sublease but would have still owed 85% of rent to get out. Only stayed because I didn't have a car when I moved in 3 years ago, it's walking distance to my school,and already renewed my lease prior to getting my car.

Well maintained (except for the staircase) and ideally located between the Glenwood South district and Cameron Village. The gym is small with very few machines but it’s clean. The building could use some vending machines. Also there’s no office or clubroom so keep that in mind.

We get emails about keeping the trash cans outside can lead to a fine, which is stupid but whatever. What makes it an issue for me is because the trash is NEVER taken out on the agreed upon schedule. Otherwise a great place

The apartment is very nice but management can be uncommunicative. The maintenance can also be very slow even if it is an emergency such as broken heat during a snowstorm (happened to me).

Live On Hillsborough has better interiors than it does in its amenities. Trash valet is a nice touch, but it is also a required charge each month. Amenities could use work as well.

The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, all the amenities function properly. The staff is always willing to help and very friendly, overall a great experience that I would recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here. The property is consistently clean, and the shared spaces are well maintained and comfortable to use. It’s clear that management takes pride in keeping the community looking nice and functional. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live and I would recommend it to others looking for a well-kept apartment community.

a two parter
1. you don't know what you're paying for. hidden fees everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. paying twice for damages, paying for cleaning fees and expecting me to have perfectly spackled and cleaned everything (including black mold?) + more
2. some of these rooms SUCK!! they rent rooms that have a single window facing a corridor, no sun, and a ton of mechanical noise, and, get this, same exact price as rooms that are bigger, have two times the windows, and ten times more sun. oh, they also ...
charged me nearly $500 to move apartments (within their own complex) and refused to help.
3. a bonus third part, management lowkey sucks. sure they respond fast, but one of the ladies working there is quite rude (think millennial Karen) other two dudes are nice but the disparity is odd. the website also hardly ever works, charging you for everything and nothing and not even telling you what for.
all in all, this whole living experience has been terrible, AVOID at all costs.
