March 13, 2026Well maintained (except for the staircase) and ideally located between the Glenwood South district and Cameron Village. The gym is small with very few machines but it’s clean. March 6, 2026I had a great experience when I toured and met with the team at LiveOnHillsboro. I had a hard time finding a place that checked all my boxes because nothing felt like home when I toured. After talking to the LiveOnHillsboro team and touring the apartments, I knew I had found the place for me. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly and made me feel at home. Dishonest
August 29, 2024a two parter 1. you don't know what you're paying for. hidden fees everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. paying twice for damages, paying for cleaning fees and expecting me to have perfectly spackled and cleaned everything (including black mold?) + more 2. some of these rooms SUCK!! they rent rooms that have a single window facing a corridor, no sun, and a ton of mechanical noise, and, get this, same exact price as rooms that are bigger, have two times the windows, and ten times more sun. oh, they also ...charged me nearly $500 to move apartments (within their own complex) and refused to help. 3. a bonus third part, management lowkey sucks. sure they respond fast, but one of the ladies working there is quite rude (think millennial Karen) other two dudes are nice but the disparity is odd. the website also hardly ever works, charging you for everything and nothing and not even telling you what for. all in all, this whole living experience has been terrible, AVOID at all costs.Property Manager Responded
