August 17, 2023I’ve been a renter here now since they open 2021 the staff here has made it extremely hard to leave prime example today I had an issue with my dryer not even 2 hours passed and Billy the maintenance guy was here to fix it I received a phone call from the head maintenance James letting me know my request was received and that someone would come & that’s what happened he came took care of it and I was back to my regular scheduled day I did not think they would come that fast but I’ve always had ...great experiences with staff here I’ve heard horror stories at other places but the Lively gives top service you should definitely rent here AlftonProperty Manager Responded

June 15, 2022These apartments are by far the best I've ever lived in! The open floor plan, high ceilings, and beautiful color scheme make me feel like I'm living in a modern dream.
