The front apartments overlook the Llanerch Golf Club and the apartments in the rear overlook the popular recreational Dermond Field featuring Friday Night Lights. We’re within the Upper Darby School District. The wee ones will attend Hillcrest Elementary which is in walking distance or an easy drive, 5 blocks tops. The Middle Schoolers go to Drexel Hill Middle School located on State Road which is also a quick walk, maybe 7 blocks. The High Schoolers go to Upper Darby High School located on Lansdowne Avenue. Right down the road you will enjoy shopping at the new Quarry Plaza Shopping Center featuring super stores Lowes & Giant. While you’re in the area stop by Giant and visit their new Premium Beer Garden and their amazing Food Court. Great patio and dining-in at Panera & Chipotle Grille! Lots of other shops like an Eye Center, Supercuts, Comcast, Verizon and the Vitamin Shoppe and Kohl’s is just one parking lot over. Super convenient banking with Santander & Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union are also just steps away. Each apartment features spacious floor plans with updated kitchens and bathrooms. Each apartment has a balcony or patio to enjoy every part of our seasons. We have plenty of off-street parking available for every driver in your family. Laundry day will be a breeze as there are laundry facilities on every floor. Management & maintenance are on-site daily to assist with any issues or concerns and on-call maintenance is available for emergencies. January 15, 2025Run with your lives, This place is a disaster, i couldn’t even stay for the rest of the lease period, 4 month of mice infestation and when u complain they do nothing, kids and us started to notice extreme fatigue and tiredness and the doctor told us it because we are breathing the mice waste, and when u told the owner that he did not care, and watch out from the fake reviews he did lately, there is no kids area, washers and dryers are always broken Dont believe the ratings here they all fake go ...read and see the pictures on google reviews !Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
