Locale Allendale's amenities are second to none, including a resort-style pool, in-pool volleyball net, poolside lounge, free tanning, on-site basketball and volleyball courts and 24-hour fitness center. Our student focused clubhouse includes a study lounge and computer lab with free printing.Locale Allendale's online portal makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests for our 24-hour emergency maintenance staff a breeze. Amazing Staff + Amenities!

I've loved living at Locale so far, everybody in the office is super helpful and nice and the overall vibe here is amazing. The units are super modern and updated and the price for what you're getting is great, especially considering I signed super late into the year. The amenities are definitely the best part with the pool, gym, and even a yoga studio which makes this place so unique. I recommend living here to anybody who is looking for off-campus student housing!

Reasonably Priced Off Campus Housing

Locale in Allendale is a nice property containing furnished apartments geared towards college students. The staff have always been helpful when questions arised. The walls are a bit thin, and parking fills up quickly leaving a bit of a walk to your apartment, but other than that it is a good place to live.

This is going to be my third year living here and they have never disappointed! Whenever you need something fixed, they’re always there to fix it! Everyone gets their own walk-in closet, bathroom, and very decent sized rooms! Another huge plus, it’s only about a mile from Grand Valleys campus!

Best Off-Campus Housing in Allendale

Front desk staff is amazing and so is the maintenance team. Apartments themselves are modern and cozy. There’s a pool, tanning beds, gym, and free breakfast. Doesn’t get better than that!

Best Off Campus Apartments

They have everything you need here and go out of their way to host special events for their residents. The rooms are great too where you have your own space with a bathroom and closet, but you can also hangout in the common area.

After living here for almost a year, I’m so glad I resigned for another! I love all the amenities, especially the pool, gym, and breakfast bar(love the waffles). The employees are super sweet as well as the maintenance workers. They take every issue seriously and solve it asap. The apartment, including the bedroom came with all the furniture I could ever need. I would definitely recommend all GVSU students looking to live off campus live here:)
