Great Staff and Tucked Away Location
November 14, 2025My time here was enjoyable! The staff was great, and what made the experience enjoyable. The location was tucked away in a nook, so it feels like your away from the city and the noise, but you were minutes away from central Raleigh and the shops of Knightdale. Excellent place to live!
October 21, 2018I love this place!!! I’ve been living here going on 4 years. No complaints at all! The amenities are a bonus, everything is always clean. My family & friends are always impressed by the size & layout of my apartment & how well maintained the outside grounds are kept. The property managers Alexis and Heather are amazing!! They go above and beyond with everything they do, which makes it so wonderful. The maintenance crew are friendly and professional! I recommend Loch Raven Townhomes & Apartments ...to everyone!Property Manager Responded

Really Great Place!
June 5, 2017I can't say enough good things about this place! The property manager Heather really knows what she's doing, and does everything she can to make your living experience good. I've lived here for a few months now and absolutely love it. The residents are really nice, it's a quiet community and I feel safe walking my dog at night. All of the amenities are always clean too, which is a huge plus!Review from Apartments.com
I lived here one year
January 18, 2017The unit I stayed in was nice; it was a new unit. There were some sloppiness in paint on the floors and wooden edges, but nothing terrible. My water drain blocked up twice during and soaked my carpet. HVAC unit stopped working for a few days at one point. Maintenance is very friendly, and arrived to help almost immediately. My unit was broken into while I was on vacation. More than one occurrence of vehicle break-ins or attempted vehicle break-ins. Recommend keeping your unit and vehicle ...doors locked at all times. Pool and gym are nicely maintained; great access to Greenway trail along Neuse River. Generally a quiet community, and you can get to know your neighbors since it is also a small community.
