Nasty apartments dog waste everywhere
November 7, 2023These apartments are trash. If you want trashy living, this is the place for you. They allow people to have dogs and don’t clean up after them. The place smells like a zoo. Gross apartments with trash everywhere. The office is the only clean part or the apartments.Property Manager Responded

Don’t live here!! Not a safe community!!
July 5, 2022Cops are here almost twice a week, there have been multiple shooting since I’ve live here this past year, a child was hit by a speeding car in the parking lot, ur neighbors are porch pirates so trying to get packages delivered on ur doorstep u either need to be home when it is delivered or put a note for them to toss it on to ur patio cause it can’t last 5 minutes in front of ur door or somebody walking by will scoop it up and take off, even if u have a camera pointing dead at the package for ...everyone to see. Can’t even walk to or from ur vehicle without getting car called by other residences even with a child on ur hip, I literally have to carry on my hip to get men to leave me alone so I can go to work. Lockhart must allow anyone in that can pay the high rent they charge even if ur apartment isn’t renovated, they put rules for our for ppl on what they can do with apartment they pay they pay for and threaten to charge violation fees for certain things such as toys on patios or leaving ur valet trash can outside because they don’t want pest outside but they want u to have pest in ur apartment. Instead of focusing on what ppl do with the apartment they pay rent for maybe they have more security available and patrol the apartment complex instead of having some number for them to send a courtesy patrol officer to the apartment complex from a different location u might as well call police they’ll get here faster and will actually do something their already here multiple times a week cause of ppl shooting guns all day. All Lockhart does it send out email and text telling residences of the rules but never follow thru if their not abide by. I’ve lived at apartment complexes where if the someone was arrested or u were not following the law in the apartment complex u got evicted but that doesn’t happen here they only want the money.Property Manager Responded

Money Hungry
June 3, 2022All the reviews that’s 4-5 stars are fake. They make up accounts because of how bad the people here talk about it. They are money hungry. I’ve lived here for months and watched them put people out every month. They don’t want to work with you for real. Seems like they are quicker to send our evictions then they are to send out maintenance. They lie and said things are renovated when they are not. They make it look good from the outside. Don’t live here
May 2, 2022We almost moved in!! They verified a unit would be ready. It wasn’t clean, the electrical didn’t work and was dangerous. There was food in the fridge from the last people. The bathtub was not installed. The management takes no responsibility and this is for new tenants. I cannot image how they deal with people who already live there.Property Manager Responded

New management is terrible!
October 19, 2021Under new management. They are completely money hungry and do not care about your well-being. Very creative with charges and fees. Our rent has went up by 20% plus new fees. We are not renewing the lease here and cannot wait to leave. Our apartment is small there is no storage space, floors unlevel, no room for washer and dryer‘s, vents are disgusting(I’ve complained 4x) so still using laundry mat to dry and paying for mandatory valet trash that don’t even pick up your trash. Management and ...office staff could do some much better but more focus on the building new amenities to add more charges then the actual residents they are building for. Calling is useless can never reach anyone number on website didn’t work for the longest and texting, they didn’t want to assist me so they keep forwarding me the same contact info I texted asking what their name was they quit responding to me. I can keep going on but you get I’m pretty upset with this place!Property Manager Responded
