Great community
April 28, 2025Coming up on our 1 year anniversary at Locklyn west palm and just resigned for another year. Apartments and the complex itself are clean and well maintained. The amenities are amazing and we love the staff from the maintenance guys, and the lovely leasing agents in the office. Sam and the girls are always going out of their way for everyone in the neighbourhood including themed events, and any random requests we have.Property Manager Responded

Love my new home!
August 27, 2024I moved in a week ago & it went absolutely seamless! Romaine made sure my aparment was spotless & in mint condition! She has more than met my expectations as a property manager! When I arrived on Sunday to pick up my keys I was welcomed by Evelyn. Besides being warm and very professional, she took the time to go over their booklet so I would know the "lay of the land." Rules are not consistent
August 15, 2024Rules are not enforced, Trash valet is expensive and not optional Overall expensive versus other locations Management does not return phone calls; you must stop at the office and literally stand in their space to be acknowledged. Has changed since New Management
September 10, 2023Moved in September 2022 and overall was great. Management very nice and helpful. Downfall was rules were not really followed, but it was clean. New Management is mean and rude. Place is now filthy. Ants are horrible and you will pay for pest control monthly. Have seen ants coming out of sewage drain next to building for almost a year and never taken care of. They go down the entire first floor. Just not a great place to live anymore.Property Manager Responded

March 20, 2023What we enjoy most about the living experience at Broadstone Locklyn besides the beautiful property is the leasing office staff! Our leasing professional Chawnte was very personable, helpful, and professional. We just moved to West Palm Beach from Austin, Texas and when we arrived on the property to tour she greeted us with a smile and offered us delicious food and drink as they were hosting a monthly event. Talk about perfect timing! She showed us multiple floor plans and addressed all our ...concerns. She went above and beyond even staying late to ensure that we would be able to move in quickly. We didn't even ask her to do this! We were bought in after speaking with other residents as they had only the best things to say about both the property and the staff.
