Has changed since New Management
September 10, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comMoved in September 2022 and overall was great. Management very nice and helpful. Downfall was rules were not really followed, but it was clean. New Management is mean and rude. Place is now filthy. Ants are horrible and you will pay for pest control monthly. Have seen ants coming out of sewage drain next to building for almost a year and never taken care of. They go down the entire first floor. Our leasing professional Chawnte was very personable, helpful, and professional. We just moved to West Palm Beach from Austin, Texas and when we arrived on the property to tour she greeted us with a smile and offered us delicious food and drink as they were hosting a monthly event. Talk about perfect timing! She showed us multiple floor plans and addressed all our ...concerns. She went above and beyond even staying late to ensure that we would be able to move in quickly.
