DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE!
March 23, 2023You pay a premium price to live in these downtown lofts because they have an infinity pool, gated parking, valet trash, an open floor plan, etc. But here's the truth: the (small) pool is always overcrowded with non-residents; the parking gate breaks weekly so most days the gate just stays open for anyone to enter; residents leave their trash in the hallways all the time (not just during valet pick-up times) so you smell their rotting garbage every day; and the "open floor plan" units have cheap ...laminate floors, so you're subjected to listen to every single thing your neighbor does throughout the night. Do yourself a favor-- DON'T fall victim to the trendy pictures, the downtown location, the walkability factor...I can promise you, the amenities you think you'll get in return will not give you the ROI you were hoping for.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
LOVE this place!!
January 20, 2021I have been here for a almost 2 months and absolutely love it!! The complex is super nice and my 2 Bedroom apartment is great! I love the updated look of it, including the floors and granite counters! The location is perfect! Although not in the heart of downtown, the tons of downtown shops and restaurants are so easy to walk to! The office staff is super helpful and have addressed any questions/issues that I have had in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone!Review from Apartments.com
Broken Front Door
August 20, 2019Great place to live HOWEVER the front door to my building (4) has been broken for over 6 months now. Sometimes it unlocks but most of the time it won’t unlock which is extremely inconvenient. We have been living here for a year and a half and haven’t had many issues, but we have discussed this issue with management several times and the problem can’t seem to be fixed. It is kind of ridiculous that for the amount we pay to live here we can’t enjoy simple conveniences such as a properly functioning ...front door. I have talked to other residents about this and they have also voiced their frustrations with the door issue.
