Like all apartments, its not perfect but its close. The mystery leaking during big rains is bothersome, however what is great is the staff. I have business and appreciate good staff, they make my life easier and I know if my daughter needs something they are there to help. The location truly is fantastic for SMU, we looked at all of the housing close by and we can say this is better than some of the more expensive choices by far. I absolutely love living at the Lofts. After three years, I can’t say enough great things. Joy, Bryan, and Joe are always so kind and personable—they truly care about the residents and make every interaction enjoyable. more than 3 years, never had issues, and have been a good tenant and neighbor. You can look back at previous reviews I have participated in, and know that. I thought with my track record and the weather conditions there might have been grace, but no such thing. Im disappointed to say that Mockingbird Station, Willowbridge and I are not parting on good terms. Which is sad, because I enjoyed my apartment and neighbors.
