January 29, 2026There was a significant weather event which affected my ability to move out due to our movers cancelling because of dangerous road conditions. Which left my wife and I scrambling to get out of my apartment in 4 weekdays after work. I asked to have a 2 day extension to move out and have a full weekend day to do so instead of breaking my back everyday after work until 1am (which we have had to do), but was told I could not because they would have to charge me monthly rent. I have lived here for ...more than 3 years, never had issues, and have been a good tenant and neighbor. You can look back at previous reviews I have participated in, and know that. I thought with my track record and the weather conditions there might have been grace, but no such thing. Im disappointed to say that Mockingbird Station, Willowbridge and I are not parting on good terms. Which is sad, because I enjoyed my apartment and neighbors.Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025Out of all the apartments I’ve lived at over the years, starting year 3 living here has by far been the best experience! The biggest reason is the management staff - Joy, Bryan, and Joe - who genuinely care about the residents. They always go above and beyond, and are so personable and friendly. I always enjoy chatting with them! The residents here are also incredible and friendly which is something I haven’t really experienced at other complexes in Dallas. Can say I have made some really ...genuine friends since day 1! On top of that, the security staff is excellent, which makes me feel safe and comfortable no matter what time of day it is. When minor issues did arise, the management team responded immediately and resolved them without any hassle on our part. The leasing office staff demonstrated genuine care and professionalism throughout, making what can often be a stressful transition feel effortless.
