Great, quiet place to live. No amenities & parking is extra. Close to downtown and clean community. Would recommend if you work downtown and want to avoid traffic!

Good place to live, good location. Close to downtown Grand Rapids as well as a major highway. Walls are almost sound proof with the occasional dog bark.

Very clean and quiet community! There aren’t any amenities so it would be nice to see even a small gym space in order to reflect the price of rent. Overall, the apartments are very nice and it’s conveniently located right next to a small store that has everything you need last minute.

I moved in recently and am loving it so far! The location is great and the building itself is nice too. The apartments are pretty much soundproof, with the exception of some outside noises. I live in a studio and it is perfect for one person, maybe even two, as there's more space than you'd think there is. My unit also comes with a washer & dryer!!

Anytime I’ve ever needed help with anything, from regular maintenance to making sure the sidewalks are clear while I’m on crutches this winter, the staff has been so accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I've lived here for 8 months and I love it! It's quiet, clean, and the management team is responsive and helpful. I love the amenities and having a washer and dryer in my apartment is a game-changer! The location is nice as it is close to downtown, but not in the heart of the noise and action. I would recommend anyone to check it out.
