Lombard Apartments

Hi Russell, The lack of internet at our Lombard building was an inconvenience for all residents. The issue has been resolved. To elaborate and clarify: we had everything ready to go for the opening, however something was missed on Century Links end in their processes which resulted in them not being able to provide internet for the building. This is something that ekoliving had no control over but as soon as it was brought to our attention we contacted Century Link to get it taken care of. In terms of you specifically being affected by it, we attempted to collaborate on solutions with you. We offered a credit for a temporary hotspot setup until wifi was available but you were not interested in that.
