Love living here
July 30, 2020I have lived here for almost two years now and love it. All the trees make it very nice. The various levels of the complex make you feel like you possibly could be in London. Very dog friendly and all staff and maintenance are great to work with. PhilReview from Apartments.com
Questionable living here
October 2, 2018The never water here. Poor lighting. Renovation not in certain areas. Only the outer area got a renovation, grass and everything else.....I have a friend that lives there, I would not recommend this place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

December 1, 2017Do NOT live here. My wife and I moved in in Dec of 2015 and in April 2017 I was told I had to repair or replace my damaged work truck and it would be towed if they saw it on their property again, that I had to park offsite. I had lived there for a year and a half until Price Reality hired new a new leasing office manager and decided to crack down on me. They passed the buck and claimed the homeowners had been complaining about it but the office wasn’t going to tell the homeowners to mind their ...business. When I went in to confront them the day they told me to get it off their property, Price Reality managers were in the office and wouldn’t talk to me. They also claimed they’d never seen it moved and it must have been abandoned on their property. I was told the truck was “severely damaged” despite passing inspection yearly with flying colors. They wouldn’t elaborate on what constitutes a “severely damaged” vehicle. The driver’s side rear end and tailgate were damaged a few years prior but it was my work vehicle and it worked fine. They were unwilling to compromise and finally I purchased a used truck from a friend which I didn’t have the money at the time to buy. They show favoritism as another reviewer said and do not have your back if you’re a renter. We paid rent/water on time every month and not a single complaint was registered about me or my wife. We were model tenants but apparently not driving the “right vehicle” so they wanted us out. On top of that there is no online rent payment or even a rent drop box. You can only pay rent by handing it to one of the women in the leasing office. They said they would not be changing that. There is no security even after an assault occurred. The water would sometimes be shut off without prior notice and sometimes a few times a month. The apartments were sloppily put together with off center sinks, crooked window molding, electrical outlet covers overlapping others, and the ice maker would go out on the regular. August 26, 2015This place was my first apatment I moved into after moving out of my fathers house. We went to at least 15 different places in and around DFW. This one met all my needs and with a fair price. These apartments have a lot of trees and looks more like a neighborhood than apartments. It's very well kept and I have no complaints after living there for just over a year now. They're in a perfect area within close proximity to multiple major highways and restaurants and nightlife.Review from Apartments.com
