Terrible Maintenance Service and Unresponsive Management
January 8, 2024I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Londonderry Apartments due to their abysmal maintenance service and unresponsive management. The lights in my kitchen have been out for a week, and despite multiple calls for assistance, no one has bothered to show up and fix the issue. Living in a place where basic amenities like functioning lights are neglected is unacceptable. I expected a prompt and efficient response to such a fundamental problem, but Londonderry Apartments has failed to ...meet even the most basic standards of tenant satisfaction. Additionally, the plumbing situation is a nightmare. If your bathroom happens to be clogged, be prepared to endure days of inconvenience and frustration. Multiple calls are required just to get them to acknowledge the issue, let alone send someone to fix it. It's astonishing how little they seem to care about the well-being and comfort of their residents. I strongly advise potential tenants to think twice before considering Londonderry Apartments. The lack of urgency in addressing maintenance issues and the disregard for tenant concerns make this place a regrettable choice. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more responsible and tenant-friendly living environment.Property Manager Responded

Great experience so far...
September 14, 2019Sommers is a delightful person! The complex has many amenities and shopping centers are close by. Haven't had any parking issues. The price is fair for what you're getting. Only negative is that laundry isn't in unit, but available right below every building. I also wish the gym could extend it's time for earlier hours than 9am. So you get what you paid for. Price is good compared to other property in the neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
My love/hate relationship
September 18, 2015I love my apartment, on the inside. All the rooms are spacious and a lot of closet space. It is reasonably priced for the area. Near a lot of shopping, food and close to the mall and schools. Can see the fireworks from my balcony. The parking is not so great. If I come home late I risk having to park a bit far from the front of my building. You must have a parking pass and there is not much visitors parking at all. They tow at night so that is a big problem when you want to have guests ...over. The rental office staff is nice and responsive, but I have been having a little problem with being told different things by different people. Such as additional keys are made for free, but when I needed them...they didn't make them at all (not a huge problem, but bad for customer service). Only one washer and dryer per apartment building so most times I'm forced to go to the laundry mat, which I hate. Grounds and buildings are kept clean. HOME SWEET HOME
August 5, 2015What a spacious and cool apartment I have; the rooms are huge with their blinds still intact even after five years of staying here. There is a laundry room which makes it easy for me to do my laundry, and the school buses stop right infront of my building, which is an advantage because I get to watch my kids when they board. There are great restaurants like Old Country Buffet and IHOP, and its next to the metro bus station. Management That Cares
July 20, 2015I have been at Montgomery Club apartments, Gaithersburg, since 1999. It is one bedroom with a living room which also serves as a place to dine. The management is nice, and during the time here, they replaced the water heater, the washing machine/dryer, the rug, and the dishwasher. Today (July 20) my back door, which is a walk-out door (no stairs outside) was replaced as the bottom had rusted gradually. The new door is aluminum which doesn't rust. The front door, with stairs outside, leads to the ...apartment buildings mailbox, but wasn't as exposed to weather.
