Best Location, Terrible Management

Don't live here. There is new management, but they seem to be just like the last ones. The apartments themselves aren't that bad, and location is excellent and super close to campus shuttle, but parking is a nightmare (double or tiny spots in an alleyway), our appliances are outdated and unreliable, and management is unresponsible- and unresponsive. We even tried to renew our lease but they wouldn't email us back for at least a month. So frustrating living here. A location- close to MoPac, ...

Management is absolutely terrible. I cannot stress this enough. Management SUCKS! They will try to take your money and then ignore you. Maintenance takes forever to fix an issue and the property manager Lisa is just terrible. Online is misleading they say it is a gated community and that there is covered parking but there is not. It also says there's no carpet in the units but there is. It's just a misleading complex who try to take advantage of college students. I highly recommend to look ...
