June 17, 2022I lived here for 12 years, within the last 6 years the fights, shooting and the manager suck. let's not forget the big rats that look like cats. They give a 3 days' notice and still charge you, when you the good tenant and the bad one they keep.Review from Apartments.com
NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!
January 5, 2016Lived here almost 4 years around my third year is when the new management took over and jacked the prices way up. For the amout of space and no amenities the price is totally off the wall. These apartments use to run no more than $299 month to month, in which was more than enough for the space. These apartmants never really had vacancies now they have ran off half of the residents in which some have been there 10 years with set monthly amounts that they receive in checks. If you catch a good ...move in special (if they run one) maybe then it may be a consideration but over all the neighborhood was ok.
