MOLD, MICE, NO RUNNING WATER FOR 4.5 DAYS!

The water was randomly shut off multiple times throughout the year. One of the times was on Thanksgiving day. We recently went 4.5 days without any running water. They’re still expecting full rent even though they didn’t provide RUNNING WATER. Sewage backed up into 2 different apartments on the bottom floor. There’s mice in at least one of the buildings. I have mold in my bathroom, living room, and bedroom! The outside of the front building is falling apart. There are literal boards missing from ...
the outside of the building. The potholes in the parking lots are HUGE it’s almost like off-roading. This place is awful. Yeah the rent is low, but there’s a reason for it.
