My family and I have lived here for the past 5 years. The manager Maria has been a blessing for my family and I. She has always been so understanding and accommodating especially when we lost our jobs during Covid. Even the years following she has always communicated with us and has always been such a kind and empathetic person. Yesterday I visited the Los Olivos Apartments and Betsy gave us an excellent tour. The apartment she showed us is remodeled, we liked it very much. The property looks very clean. The only problem is we need 2bedroomsand they don't have.

I Love the Los Olivos apartments. The complex is very quiet and clean. The apartments themselves are decent. Kind of small but big closets. My biggest complaints are the Linoleum floors because it doesn't matter how many times I mopped, they were always dirty. The laundry room ours are 9 to 9. Wish they would be 24 hours. The playground hours are ridiculous. 5 or 6 depending on the season. No time to ever play. The staff is friendly and that have always addressed any issue we had quickly. I ...
