November 13, 2019Una propiedad como siempre e dicho muy tranquila , bonita y un personal de mantenimiento muy atento , todo lo contrario de la administración la cual cuando vas a rentar muy agradable pero después de firmar y presentar una queja cambia a todo lo contrario ya que no te ayudan como recidente , yo pague un reservado para estar más tranquilo con el auto el cual tenía puesto el permiso de parque o permanente , le puse el de reservado también y al otro día en la mañana la reca o towing los diablos se ...lo había llevado alegando que no tenía el permiso de reservado , cuando hablo con la maneger me dice que ella no tiene que ver con los diablos que en la foto que le mandaron no tenía el permiso de reservado , quien lo quitó como desapareció , no lo sé , solo se que teniendo un reservado pago y parqueando en el mismo tuve que pagar 239.00 dólares por sacar mi auto , aparte de escuchar a la señora Karina maneger de la propiedad con una cara no agradable hablarme de esa manera . Mi recomendación para que no pasen por esto es no se renten en esta propiedad ya que lo que van a sentirse es mal , espero que los propietarios tomen medidas sobre este tema . A property as always and said very quiet, beautiful and a very attentive maintenance staff, quite the opposite of the administration which when you are going to rent very nice but after signing and presenting a complaint changes to the opposite since they do not help you as a recident, I paid a reservation to be more calm with the car which had the park or permanent permit, I put the reserved one also and the next day in the morning the rela or towing the devils had taken it claiming that I did not have the permission to reserve, when I talk to the maneger she tells me that she has nothing to do with the devils that in the photo they sent her she did not have the permission to reserve, who removed it as it disappeared , I don't know, I just know that having a reserved payment and parking in it I had to pay $ 239.00 to get my car, apart from listening to Mrs. Karina maneger of the property with an unpleasant face talking to me that way. My recommendation that you do not go through this is not to rent on this property because what they are going to feel is bad, I hope that the owners take action on this issue.Property Manager Responded

Nice living
July 31, 2019These apartments were by far my favorite, I’ve been on the hunt for a while now. The office staff was extremely helpful and patient with me, also very accommodating, especially the handsome leasing agent Omar. Happy to be in my new home!Property Manager Responded
