I just moved out of Los Robles and I can't miss it more. The office manager is amazing and took care of me. Repair requests are always accommodated and on time. The location is AMAZING. I walked everywhere and the neighborhood is safe. The only thing that I have to dock off is that the apartment is always under construction (remodeling), so there will be noise once in awhile. But hey, at least you know it will be new :) Don't hesitate to live here

We’ve lived here for 7 years and enjoyed every moment of it. It’s a nice, clean, and safe place with a perfect location. The management is very responsive and reacts very fast to any maintenance request any day of the week. The cleanings all over the community were significantly increased since the pandemic. The owners and management always look for ways to improve the living experience of the residents by renovating the community amenities and adding more to them. Highly Recommending this ...

Have really enjoyed living here. The location is convenient to all Pasadena has to offer, and it doesn't take long to get to the freeways. Very quiet, except for occasional construction sounds due to ongoing renovations. It is a nice place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Pasadena. Management is very nice, helpful, and responsive to any issues/repairs.

I enjoy my stay here. The apartment is quiet, safe, and cozy. The price is decent. The APT quickly responds to repair requests, has a convenient and safe mail delivery service (I love luxer.one!), and well-equipped facilities. The office manager is very nice. She takes care of me a lot. I love her!
The only little defect is that in summer, I can hear air conditioning noise on the roof when I sleep. But I am fine with it.

Literally advertised the wrong price

Never have I applied to an apartment only to be later contacted that the listing was off by $1,000, until I applied at Los Robles. Be careful about what they're advertising before submitting an application. If they can't even get the price correct, makes you wonder what else management tends to forget. I appreciated the meaningless hard inquiry on my credit file though!

Not upfront about problems

They are advertising a $200 security deposit now, but they don't tell you that the cleaning fee when you leave is $250 (read fine print before you sign). They won't tell you about previous problems an apartment had either. It's a good idea to ask (leaks, roaches, mold). Building is a Frankenstein, continually built over, lots of problems covered over by shoddy construction. Look at all sites for reviews. They have been raising the rents probably 5% or more every year. Yours will go up for sure ...
when your lease is up. Some people own their apartments. Not clear who is running the show, but some of the rules probably don't apply to them. Finally, if your apartment is on the first floor facing the outside, people from the street can climb over gate and enter any unlocked windows. Thefts have happened.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and my experience has been great. The neighborhood is amazing, walking distance to Old Town Pasadena and safe. Yes, rent goes up every year but nothing compared to other similar places around the area. Units have central A/C, swimming pool, gated parking and very quite tenants/neighbors. The office team is responsive to questions/concerns and repairs are completed rather quickly. With the onset of COVID-19, they have even taken an extra step by being proactive in ...

Terrible Landlord and Management

Having lived here for more than a year, I've seen this place turn into a complete mess. The hallway ceilings are now missing, there are leaks everywhere, and the landlord has been raising the rents for what looks like no reason at all. The building looks worse than when our family first arrives. Stay away. The landlord is the worst. She will laugh at anything you indicate as a potential problem.
