Great Management & Price!

I renewed my lease here twice and was living here for my 3rd year when I moved out of state. I can confidently say this was the only apartment I liked enough to ever renew my lease with.
PROS:
* Location is perfect. Close to IMC; walking distance from many great restaurants (Tea Rose, Pho Saigon, Tea Shop, Soy Sushi, etc.); close to downtown; close to Chinatown market.
* GREAT rates. It is the most affordable apartments I have ever lived in and I have lived in several different states. The ...
increase in rates with every renewal was also very reasonable.(Compared to other apartments that would increase it so unreasonably high, which is why I never renewed at any other previous rentals.)
* LOVELY management. I have never not been able to reach them. They are very communicative, very attentive, and very nice. You can tell they actually care about the residents and I don't say this lightly.
* Even though I had to break my contract early to move out of state (for work promotion), they were super understanding and worked with me. I don't think I can say that about many other apartment managers--if at all.
* The maintenance staff is amazing. I put in a request and it is done promptly. They're also very nice people, too.
* Last but not least, very safe place to live. Close to the Murray police station and city hall, so I imagine that helps, but the entire area is great. I was never scared to go out for walks even after sunset.
CONS:
* No in-unit washer/dryer or hookups. However, this month, they just redid the entire community laundry room and it looks great! I will say that the cost can add up.
* It is a slightly older apartment complex. However, they do a good job with upkeep, so everything works great.
