Exceptional management
February 22, 2022Sharon is seriously the best!! I’ve lived in apartments pretty much my entire life, if I wasn’t in an apartment I was still in a rental of some sort. I have never ever felt with better management! Sharon was there to help me with my every need! Regardless of hours, holidays, or how ridiculous my request for help was! If I ever opened a business she would be the first person I called wanting to hire!! Additionally the community is above and beyond I made life long friends and people I now consider ...family simply because I moved into these apartments! Way overpriced and odd layout.
November 21, 2019There is nothing special about this place, for the price per month you don't even get a place to park unless you pay even more. The layout of the complex is poor and pool is useless and small. This place just tries to milk you for every $ and you get nothing in return.Property Manager Responded

Thrown together, not thought through.
October 11, 2018Where to start... No available parking! Where our apartment is there is no open parking, period. Only some covered ones you have to over pay for and even those are taken. I am a very pregnant women and I pretty much I have to walk half way around the apartment complex with groceries and soon a baby. Even better I can only get those parking spots every now and again. Even those are usually filled so I have to park in a field still far away. How can a apartment complex not have accessible parking? ...We have also had trouble with maintenance on the apartment in things that need to be fixed. It also took over a month and a half to get our mail key. They just kept saying they would "check it for us" although we work during their open hours. Management really does not seem to have their stuff together and rarely have answers! Way more trouble than any of this is worth for a small over priced 1 bedroom apartment. I would reccomend finding somewhere else to go.Property Manager Responded
