Miserable Place!
December 3, 2024This place is the worst place I have ever lived, next to Origin! It is a complete nightmare living in these places! If somebody doesn't like you, all they have to do is call the office and they apparently believe everything they say and send out violation notices like they are nothing! I would be very careful before you move into this place, because you may be moving out within 3months!Review from Apartments.com
Be Warned!
July 11, 2024Gables puts profit first, showing worrying business ways. They seem to care less about resident safety, even with break-ins and shootings happening. It's odd for a "luxury" place to not care more. Often, good reviews come from new people, not from those who've stayed long and seen Gables' greed. November 16, 2023My husband and I moved in towards the end of 2023 and we love it. It’s quiet, the amenities are all great and we truly enjoy our apartment. Upon moving in, we did have a couple minor issues that needed fixing but the maintenance staff was quick and got it taken care of for us. The office staff is quick to respond and very understanding. October 26, 2023So far i’m really enjoying the community! The people that I cross are friendly and the building and surrounding areas are nice and quiet which I prefer. I did tour the building before I moved in weeks prior but I just would have wished someone would had giving me another when I did decide to move in because this place can be a little bit of a maze. Also parking after 6pm is like mission impossible because it is free (you can always pay extra for a reserved spot. tho).
