As stated, when viewing these apts they were renovated they’re not. The only thing you will get is new appliances. These need to be tore down, when viewing i spoke with a neighbor & asked about the buildings and the area is horrible and that they cars are not safe on the street. They stated that the buildings were infested. Please do not rent i don’t suggest them.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT This place is horrible I moved in April they looked so nice so I toke a chance even though the neighborhood is not so good. They appear to be renovated but the renovations are horrible seen a mice the first month and seen multiple mice until I moved they are also infested with roaches they have terminax boxes all around the units because they can’t get rid of the problem. They drag their feet getting things done these are tooo over priced to been infested. The plumbing is bad ...

and you can’t use the garage because it’s falling apart you also have to pay $70 per month per car to park in the garage. The ppl driving down the street drive like maniacs so you would like to use the garage.Please save your money these are not worth it and they also have MOLD!!!!!
