Maintenance and Management Concerns
September 23, 2025I’ve lived at Lumeo for three years, and unfortunately, the quality of management and maintenance has drastically declined. My recent experience has been the worst yet. Maintenance left a trail of filth from my bathroom to the front door after a toilet repair—completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I submitted a request to have my shower re-grouted back in June 2025. The technician claimed he’d order the necessary materials and return, but months have passed with no follow-up. The front door to ...Building 2 has been broken for months, and the carpets are filthy. When I call the leasing office, I’m met with confusion and no accountability. Residents are expected to follow rules and pay rent on time, but management doesn’t hold itself to the same standard. Community Meetings
November 25, 2024I absolutely love living here! We have community meetings typically quarterly where important topics are discussed. The staff feeds us after the meetings and it’s always amazing! Don't do it.
May 12, 2023I've lived here since they were still under construction for opening. First of all, I moved from another state and during that process they never stated that the property was still under construction, just dodged questions regarding amenities. If you live in building one or two, all amenities and your mail is down the block and across the street. It's really inconvenient to live in one of these, another thing that was not disclosed. In my time living here, my upstairs neighbor shot a gun through ...my ceiling in the middle of the night. The leasing office responded to this terribly. They allowed the residents above us to remain on the premises for over a month, still living above us. We did not receive a discount on our rent, we did not even receive a follow up. They pretty much told us sorry, but we won't be doing anything for you. Additionally, we had a problem with the water in our bathroom sink SMELLING the entire time we lived in that particular unit. We downgraded to a one bedroom after the shooting situation (all fees paid, no compensation) and it has been slightly better, aside from the new, extremely rude leasing office staff. Hopefully, you never have to directly interact with Melanie. We cannot wait to move. Our next apartment is in a prime location between uptown/south end, and the rent is far more reasonable for the quality of the complex. Believe the reviews that say there is dog poop everywhere, and trash in all the UNFINISHED hallways. We've been walking through clumps of dead bugs and worms in the first floor hallway since last summer. Best of luck to those of you who choose to call this place a "home."Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2022I have been living here for a year and I love it here. We are close to starbucks and ikea (I'm addicted btw). The people that work in office are always are so kind and professional. I was working with Latreekia when I first moved in and she has made my experience here amazing. not what you expect..
September 12, 2022Ive lived here for a year now. Theres dog poop, trash, and what ever else in the hallways that never gets cleaned up. So don't expect a nice smelling apartment. Dog poop that's ALWAYS on the grass area that no one picks up as well. Pool has closed several times this summer do to residents. Loud neighbors all around me and paper thin walls. Cars have been broken into multiple times. And not a single thing done to help with any of this stuff. only thing I can say is it has nice cabinet space and a ...nice walk in closet.Property Manager Responded
