The Travis has a lot to offer in terms of location and service. The valet and concierge staff have been exceptional—especially during my move-in process, which made a big difference. The community room and gym are well-designed and among the highlights of the property. That said, the pool area could benefit from some updates, and ongoing refurbishments have occasionally impacted day-to-day convenience. I do wish the elevators were more consistently reliable.
