Nice community but takes maintenance forever to come do a work order. Need to check everything is working before move in. Manager has attitudes for no reason. Only been in place for 3 weeks and stove and other appliances has not been fixed even after reported as a hazard.

This is a nice place to live and the only downside is there is no playground area for my child to play in so we have to go to the parks around here

It’s a beautiful property, but it’s not cleaned up as well as it should be. Residents leave dog waste, cigarette butts, (even though it’s a no-smoking property) and even chicken wing bones and trash bags without bins outside their units.

My daughter is in love we had a rough few months and we’re happy to be in this amazing affordable apartment. The apartment as very clean when I moved it I only took 3 days to get approved and in just great all the way around
