July 24, 2025Since I've been here there has been a shooting and also my car was broking into. Other then that cool lil community i stay to myself so just work and home. Also have had issues each month with rent amounts staff handled it ok.Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2025It’s really nice inside with minor flaws and the ladies in the office is amazing. It still gets kind of loud during the night time which wakes me up and there’s dog poop all over the grounds which I stepped in. June 13, 2025New manager refuses to fix appliances or remedy any issues that have came with the unit upon first few days of move in. Moved in with a dryer that doesn’t heat well and a washer that stops out of nowhere in the middle of washing , plenty bugs and no hot water but apparently it is our fault.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Only been a few days but my experience has been decent . Any issues i’ve had , have been an easy call to fix . For the most part everyone in the leasing office are nice .Property Manager Responded
