At first I was scared with all the 1 star reviews but since I was left with no choice, I had to rent here. However, I was so pleasantly surprised by the property management. They must have changed property managers or something because all these 1 star reviews are very far from my experience here. One instance for example, we had an issue with our heater suddenly stopping in the middle of a cold night. The team handled it amazingly. The property manager responded right away and made sure a ...
technician came out first thing in the morning. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They followed up to make sure everything was fully resolved and even checked in a few days later to confirm there were no further issues. It’s so reassuring to know the team truly cares and goes the extra mile!

Luna on Wilshire is a great place to live. The building is modern, well-maintained, and offers nice amenities like a fitness center and rooftop lounge. My apartment is spacious with plenty of natural light, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. The location is fantastic—close to shops, restaurants, and public transit. There’s some street noise during peak hours, and I had a minor AC issue when moving in, but maintenance resolved it quickly. The leasing office staff is ...

Worst management ever. You can never get things fixed, packages get stolen, credit card gets stolen, and management come into your unit without permission and leave the balcony door open for a "fire drill" without telling me. Bad customer service and disrespectful of tenants. I would recommend moving to a different place for your mental well-being.
