Mark Taylor is ruining what used to be a great place

This is a beautiful property; the floor plans are very nice. It has an amazing number of unmarked parking spaces, so there's always a place to put your 2nd vehicle, or a place for your guests to park. Landscaping is beautiful, it has a beautiful nature preserve in the middle. So, what's wrong? Since Mark Taylor took over the management of what used to be Arrive at Fountain Hills on Jan 28, 2022, the conditions for residents have seriously deteriorated. Starting on Feb 3, the pool has been closed ...
almost permanently. As of today, May 5, 2022, it is closed. Management periodically sends "apologies", but they have not solved the problem after more than 90 days.
Since April 4, 2022, about 1/3 of the residents are without a mailbox, and forced to go to the Post Office to retrieve the mail, because the mail boxes "are in need of repair". It is been 1 month now, and the mailboxes are still unavailable.
On March 15, 2022, a delivery truck damaged the roof and the structure of a set of 4 parking spaces near the leasing center. It has been 45 days now, and the eyesore of crumpled roofing and bent structure is still there, untouched.

We have been residents for about 9 months. The location is amazing, the property is well maintained and landscaped, the office/pool/gym area is beautiful and the staff is top notch. If there are any minor issues, all office/maintenance staff address it promptly. No complaints..

I have never been happier at an apartment complex. Since the change of ownership, this complex has only gotten better. The staff is amazing- management and maintenance. Each and everyone of them makes you feel valued. When things break- maintenance is always quick to fix. We have been so happy here that we are staying longer than originally planned. We needed to rent an apartment quickly, and Travis worked very hard to make that happen. He and Allison answered all of our questions, helped us fill out the application, and were able to secure us an apartment in less than 24 hours. Travis is competent and professional, and a great asset to the Arrive family. The apartment is clean, updated, and comfortable. I would recommend anyone looking for a friendly place to live in Fountain Hills to look at Arrive, and ask for Travis.
