water bill and bad management!
September 30, 2023The water bill is absurdly high. There's a problem with plumbing/water meter, the management never care to take care of the problem. They will keep overcharge you. If you are not ready to pay $100 water bill per month, don't live here! For the current residents, make sure you monitor your water reading on Conservice. It has water reading for everyday, check the days you happen to be out of town, you will be surprised.Property Manager Responded
