Worst Run Building In Chicago

Management does not address issues in a timely manner or at all. Difficult getting the right person on the phone to begin with. Odd rules in place for security, which don't seem to work anyways since there are always issues with people vandalizing the lobby or breaking in to the building.

Luxe on Chicago is hands down one of the best places to live. So far out of all the apartments i have had this is the best. Management team and maintenance team are excellent and extremely helpful!!! Most places don’t care about you, but at Luxe they provide Luxury!!! Never moving out!

I really do enjoy my new apartment and location. Just be very aware that the move-in process is not easy and to allow time for things to be addressed. Thankfully, I had a week off a work to settle in with my two leases overlapping during that week, so I had somewhere else to stay as several issues were addressed. Maintenance requests have poor turnaround time with mine still currently unaddressed from a week ago.

Luxe on Chicago has lived up to pretty much everything I thought it would be. It's a great building in fabulous location and does not disappoint. The management could be a little more responsive when it comes to leasing and moving in, but once settled, I've been very happy with the facilities and maintenance. I think I'll probably be sticking around!

Living at Luxe on Chicago has been great so far. We moved into the building as we wanted a lot of sunlight in our unit, building amenities, and safety. We are extremely pleased with all three! Out unit is beautiful, clean and the sunlight with the windows is amazing. The roof is an amazing amenity and we love utilizing it. The building is always clean and feels very safe as well. Would definitely recommend leasing at Luxe!

Great location. The floor to ceiling windows are great for my pup. It has been a pleasure living with the community here and working with the management staff. Also, great view off the rooftop.
