The hallways in this building are frequently disgusting with dog poop and pee in halls & elevators, overflowing trash, bugs, thrown out furniture, you name, I've seen it! It's not just the inside; even the outside is surrounded by trash as you come and go.
As you walk through the halls, you can hear loud music blasting through the walls, people talking on their phones (that's how thin the walls are), yelling, fighting, slamming of appliances and cabinets, and the police are frequently here. ...
Frequent chaos. It's just an all-around unpleasant and unsettling experience every time you step into the hallways.
Would NOT recommend!
