OUTSTANDING!
May 26, 2023The entire team at Luxia Midtown Park is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Jessica in Management, Lindsay in Assistant Management, and Owen in Leasing (sorry I'm not sure of their specific titles) go SO above and beyond. They truly do care about each and every resident. They have ALWAYS prioritized my needs, been ready to help me in the office with smiles on their faces and jokes at the ready. The maintenance team is fast and skilled, the cleaning staff works wonders, etc etc. Anytime I have even just a ...tiny issue or question, the appropriate person helps me swiftly and kindly. I truly cannot say enough outstanding things about them. When I first moved in, it was a different management team. They were about a 4 out of 10 at best honestly. Like not terrible, but they'd roll their eyes when you'd ask for stuff and a lot of them were kind of rude. Thank god for the turnover because this new team is just incredible. I want to say 15 out of 10 but I truly don't even think that is doing them justice!!! If only every on-side team cared this much!!! Thank you, Owen, Lindsay & Jessica for always brightening up my day when I stop by and for making my living situation so much better than I could have ever imagined!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Great Overall
December 9, 2021First and foremost, the leasing/management staff is fantastic. Ricky, Bailee, and Kevin are all extremely friendly, helpful, and generally wonderful. Secondly, the apartments are genuinely beautiful. Coming home to gorgeous finish outs and updated stainless steel appliances just hits different. I also love that the club room (which is amazing) is open 24/7. On top of that, the location’s decent and the digital lock system is pretty cool. My only complaints so far are that there seems to be an ...issue with dog owners not cleaning up after their pups around the property, and finding a parking spot can sometimes be a hassle without paying extra for a premium parking pass. Again though, all in all, this place is fantastic and I’ve definitely recommended the community to more than a few friends.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place
December 9, 2021I’ve now lived here almost two months and have absolutely no complaints. The front office staff (Bailee and Kevin) are top notch. I can’t say enough good things about them. The property is clean and well landscaped. Haven’t had any problem with noise…very quiet. Love my place. The best things I enjoy is my huge sink and the all the cabinet storage in the kitchen. New place for our son.
September 22, 2021Recently cosigned for my son to live here after looking all over Dallas for a new apartment for him. We were starting to lose hope as there didn’t seem to be much but then we found this place online. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved that the community is new. We wanted a two bedroom for when me and my wife come to visit but they didn’t have any at the moment but said they can work with us on transferring in a few months when they have some open. September 13, 2021I recently was able to look at some units at this place with Ricky, when I came in it was obvious that things were very busy, but he stopped to help me and made me feel very welcomed. We looked at some furnished units and then he took me to see some of the one bedrooms that might work for my day later in the year. The prices are a little higher than I wanted to pay but that seems to be the case all over Dallas. Lovely community and brand new luxury building
August 22, 2021We LOVE our brand new unit in this nice community. From the backsplash in the kitchen, lights under the cabinet, nice countertops, and built in radio/Bluetooth speakers in the living area - it has been the nicest apartment we’ve been able to find with only being a short drive away from downtown, lower Greenville, and oak lawn. It’s also near 75 and 635 so easy to get to other areas of Dallas. Our fitness center has top of the line equipment and overlooks the pool area which is one of my favorite ...features of the apartment building. It’s affordable and the management staff has been very helpful, especially Kevin. If you’re looking for a great community, nice amenities, and a new apartment unit for an affordable price then give them a call and schedule a tour with Kevin!Property Manager Responded
