No peace and quiet!
June 18, 2025Don't expect any peace and quiet to be readily available! Stay away from first floor units, they will never repair the yard they sell you on! It will constantly be a dirt yard, filled with bugs and no landscaping. Extremely loud as well! Neighbors regardless of time of day will always keep you up!Review from Apartments.com

Very Loud!
April 9, 2025Very loud and inconsiderate neighbors are pretty rampant it seems! After visiting a coworker for just a few hours over dinner, it was very clear the noise is something they have to deal with regularly. This is not a place for any professional hosting if you lose the upstairs neighbor lottery!Property Manager Responded

Filled with bugs and unresponsive management

May 26, 2021When I say I am excited for move in, let me say it louder: I AM SO EXCITED FOR MOVE IN. This apartment is the epitome of luxury in Dallas. It's in a growing area for all types of people, but especially young professionals considering the storefronts and pub right across the way. The apartment I am moving into has a gorgeous kitchen. The backsplash and appliances are beautiful and that pooooool! I am looking forward to lounging around that all summer. There's even a work space that I can hang in ...for my conference calls. The staff has been a blessing.
