    I love the fact that Management listens to concerns from residents and they take action immediately. I see that the gate has been fixed and I see them working on the doors too. They recently upgraded the hallway floors and they added a new market in the Clubhouse.

    Cars broken into daily. Homeless people live in the garbage cans. Gate always broken. Management says they can't do anything about it. Can't wait to move out.

Our community does have limited access controlled vehicle gates, limited access entry throughout the property, as well as courtesy patrol that visits the property multiple times at night. We have been made aware of the incidents mentioned, however, these incidents did not occur on our property.     Every time they repaired an entry it is broken again and there is always a door being blocked open. Homeless sleep in stairwells and sleep in un-occupied apartments. The floors are trashie and animals poop and pee in the elevator with no action from management. Don’t move here.

    A hidden gem in East Dallas. Close to everything you want to be close to in Dallas, easy to get around, tacos everywhere, and a clean, safe place to come home to. Neighbors are friendly, everyone decorates their entryways for the holidays. Very nice.
