Our community does have limited access controlled vehicle gates, limited access entry throughout the property, as well as courtesy patrol that visits the property multiple times at night. We have been made aware of the incidents mentioned, however, these incidents did not occur on our property. Homeless sleep in stairwells and sleep in un-occupied apartments. The floors are trashie and animals poop and pee in the elevator with no action from management.
