Don’t do it!!!
October 1, 2021Trash everywhere…. They have rotating staff…never the same. Changes every six months or so. Staff is also rude and seem to be there just for a check. Kids running around everywhere. No parents to watch them. Lots of vandalism. Maintenance rigs stuff up. If u have a nice car… moving out here will have it looking like a bucket. Rent is high. Living here is like living in the projects only because nothing is enforced. It’s a free for all to do whatever whenever just as long as you got your rent ...every month. Rude and Incompetent
August 31, 2021Maybe this will get some attention since calling doesn't. I was supposed to move into Lynhurst Park the first week of June 2021. I completed my application and lease packet in May. June 1st rolls around and the unit still wasn't ready as promised which left me effectively homeless, the second week of June comes and I had to come up to the office and get some answers. I finally got the unit to be expected and what do you know? It FAILS after getting the run around for weeks. So I canceled my ...application and asked for my holding fee back. I was told no problem. Every time I call, about my money I get the run around. The property manager is forgetful to say the least, as she has called me multiple times asking was I still interested in an apartment, at which time I have let her know that I am waiting on the check that she promised. Today I call, and after politely asking for the corporate number, the office assistant put me on hold, then hangs up on me when I ask her name. Okay fine. So now you will have reviews left on every single website. The office staff in this community are incompetent and rude. Every time I stepped foot in their office, there was an unhappy resident complaining. I even had residents stop me outside to warn me not to move in, and I'm glad I took heed. There was also always tons of trash piled up every time I visited the community. If you are desperate fine, but if you have options please move elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place
May 17, 2021This place continues to go down. The staff are all very good people but their hands are tied UN what they can do. Things never get fixed Our grounds are filthy. Violence is very bad. Police are always in here for something. Pool is hardly ever open fir the last four years. If it is the water never looks sanitary. The workout room has broken eguipment that you can't even use. It had been like this for years. The dumpster site very very disgusting. Trash everywhere. The sidewalk going up to throw ...trash away will gag you. It is never cleaned off. You have to fight and argue to get things fixed. They will not hire enough maintaince to keep the property up. I absolutely hate it here. I am on disability very low income so it makes it hard to find somewhere else to go. Do not move in here especially if you have children. It is not a very safe place to live.Property Manager Responded

Very polite and helpful
November 14, 2020I met a wonderful women and her name is Tameka she is a manger at Lynhurst Park apartments .She was so very polite and very knowledgeable and she make you want to live there .If you need a apartment and lucky to get one there she's the person to talk to good luck .Property Manager Responded

Linguist Park
August 8, 2015I use to love these apartments before office management began to allow all types of people to move in. It's always loud at night and rude children running around, rude neighbors. And what's began to bother me the most is the fact we only have one garbage recycle can and it fills up before the week is over and trash gets piled up to the sky until it is removed.
