Poor customer service
January 16, 2024I called before hand to ask if I could tour the 3 bedroom the agent gave me the office hours and I also asked if an appointment was needed she just repeated the office hours. I drove 21 min to get the tothe complex only to find a sign on the door that stated appointment need after 12pm .Then I called and the automatic answering service was place on the phone in which you can only leave a message.My time is valuable and I won't return to this complex.It is sure sign to not lease hereReview from Apartments.com

Featured pictures, Needs to be DESTROYED!
February 1, 2019Pictures featured are misleading. The town homes look like crap, settle for the projects before wanted to live at that dump. Renovated houses have a waiting list. You are only eligible for the crappy town homes. Don't waste your time. Before completing an application online, visit them.Property Manager Responded
February 4, 2019The pictures in the listing are for the newly renovated Lyon Homes, Phase I. Those units do have a waitlist for occupancy. The neighbouring units are in a different phase and we hope to complete a similar renovation on those units in the near future. We are sorry you didn't understand that the only units available for immediate occupancy would be at the un-renovated property. We hope you will reconsider our property when our renovation is complete.
