Perfect home for 25 years!
September 28, 2025My husband and I lived in Lyon Village for 25 years. We loved it so much we lived in three (!) different units (we moved into renovated units). It's an amazing location and Faye and the management truly care about the property and tenants. The only reason we left was because we needed an elevator due to my husband's health. Well-Managed, Excellent Condition and Location

The apartments are in great condition, management is very competent and responsive, and the complex as a whole is very well kept up. The location is also great given proximity to multiple grocery stores, a CVS pharmacy, and the Clarendon metro station. Great Staff, Location & Unit
August 15, 2025Lyon Village Apartments is a gem in Arlington and if you're lucky enough to snag a unit, you won't regret it! The apartments are conveniently located right off of I-66, less than 10 miles from downtown DC and 0.5 miles from the Clarendon Metro Stop. The units themselves are spacious, clean, and have updated appliances. Our unit had large bedrooms and living rooms with a galley kitchen. The grounds are well maintained and are absolutely gorgeous in the summer. They plant beautiful flowers ...around the complex and regularly keep the grass cut. During the winter, we had no issue getting snow plowed within a day. The maintenance staff are top-notch. They always responded quickly to requests, respected the space they entered, and fixed the issue! Each staff member was extremely friendly. The property manager Faye lives on site and really cares about the complex. She is an incredible manager; she is communicative, responds promptly to emails, and truly wants to get to know you as a person. We NEVER had an issue with bugs or rodents. Even being on a ground unit, we never had an issue. The building is well sealed and regularly sprayed. The complex is relatively quiet but it depends on the neighbors you have. The hallways echo and the walls are thin but overall it's a peaceful place to live. If you have a unit that faces Langston Blvd, the street can be noisy but during sleeping hours its relatively quiet. One of the biggest perks of this apartment complex is it has parking included in your rent! There are two lots on the premises and they allow one parking pass per resident in a unit. There is also free street parking if you have an extra vehicle. In our building all utilities were included except for electricity which was never very high because of the updated appliances. The units have central air conditioning which is very efficient at cooling the apartment. Lyon Village has many amenities within walking distance and is a safe area to live. Great Location, Quiet, Economical
August 7, 2025I lived at Lyon Village Apartments for just over 2 years and would live there again. The property is quiet and Faye and the maintenance team make sure it is maintained and orderly. The location and price are truly unbeatable--close to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, and transit options. August 5, 2025I lived at LVA for just over two years and would've stayed longer had I not bought a home nearby. The location is great for commuting by car or public transit--all options are nearby. Plenty of grocery stores around, walking and biking trails, and it's very quiet. July 12, 2025One of the best places I’ve ever lived. I lived in a two bedroom unit for four years and if it weren’t for work relocation, I would’ve stayed far longer. Tons of natural light, a quick walk to the main area in Clarendon, and super attentive maintenance staff. Faye, the property manager, is on top of absolutely everything. Amazing apartment and experience!
July 5, 2025This apartment was so great, especially as a new grad. Here are the highlights! Location: LVA is close to CVS, Metro, grocery stores, and coffee shops/restaurants. Also, it’s far enough so it stays quiet at night. You really cant beat this location. The space: our 2br1ba was very spacious and for the price we paid, it was an incredible value. Closet sizes and bedroom sizes were fantastic. The kitchen was also very sleek and updated. The staff: Faye was so great, we loved her sense of humor and ...attentiveness to our issues. Also, the maintainance crew was responsive and efficient. Great place to live!
June 26, 2025We lived in a 2-bedroom apartment at Lyon Village for 3 years before moving away. We loved our apartment and would recommend Lyon Village to just about anyone! The apartment was spacious and neutral (white walls and beautiful parquet floors) with good windows and new appliances. The apartment was shockingly quiet - we never heard any of our neighbors. Maintenance staff were amazing - we would submit a request online and they would often be there within a few hours. Faye is a fantastic resident ...manager - she is very organized and responsive. If we ever had any questions or problems, Faye would take care of it right away. Reasonable parking and a short walk through the neighborhood to get to the metro. A hidden gem in Clarendon!
April 26, 2025I have been living in a one bedroom apartment at Lyon Village Apartments for almost 4 years and loved it. The rent is much more affordable than other apartments in the same neighborhood. The apartment is very spacious, has a lot of windows (hence natural light), and decent in-unit amenities (e.g., washing machine/dryer, dish washer, gas stove). The kitchen has good amount of storage cabinets. Faye, the property manager, is very easy to work with and on top of everything. Any requests I had were ...taken care the day of. The maintenance team is very friendly and polite. The apartment complex is within walking distance to Clarendon metro station and only a few bus stops away from Rosslyn station. Best place I ever lived!
March 28, 2025Lyon Village is by far the best place to live in Arlington. I'm so glad I ended up there, though my stay was unfortunately only two years. The apartments are extremely well maintained and have lots of character (beautiful parquet floors, arched doorways, original wooden doors, etc.). Apartments are quite spacious, with modern amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of storage. Faye does an excellent job managing the community and keeping residents safe and comfortable. The ...maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive. Location is ideal: the Clarendon metro is only a 10-minute walk away, there is a bus stop in front of the community with buses to Rosslyn and DC (during rush hour), and major roads such as 66 are nearby. I loved being so close to Clarendon with its shops and restaurants while being somewhat tucked away in a quiet and green part of Arlington.
