    I love Lyric the amenities and location are amazing with wonderful views of Walnut Creek the team there all work really hard especially Cherry she is always the most helpful and caring Manager you can tell she genuinely cares for the tenants

  • Mediocure infrastructure results in floods

    November 21, 2023
    The staff is friendly and helpful, but the infrastructure maintains a thin veneer of quality overlaying a truly slapdash job. I've lived here for a few years, and there have been 2 major floods. One destroyed several apartments on the 2nd and 3rd stories of the north building along with the leasing office and package room, and the second hit the garage. We had half the elevators break and not be fixed for around a year. Lyric expects luxury prices but does not provide that degree of experience. ...
    Another example is the removal of resident amenities - residents used to have codes to get in and out, and they have been outright removed under the guise of a software update because it was too inconvenient to monitor for nonresident use.
