    Would only recommend if you like to get called for noise complaints all the time! Walls thin as paper made it so uncomfortable. My experience here has been nothing but negative. Weed smell and cigarettes in the hallways. Taylor not being able to properly send us important leasing information to the point I didn’t know if I had a lease or not until I followed up and they were charging me 2 month rent for wanting to vacate when they never sent the required contract to sign. There was a high lack of ...

    This is my fourth year in this community and I have been enjoying it a lot. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, with great views, an amazing addition that these units have is the storage in the balcony, it is more than perfect and useful.

    M5250 is a great apartment community. The leasing office, concierge and maintenance team are super awesome. Arturo, Curtis, Taylor, Merissa, Marilyn and Abraham are amazing! Everyone from the concierge/leasing office/maintenance are all super sweet and helpful.

    I’m loving the area as well as the amenities the garage is a great touch to me with the controlled access I would say a point of improvement would be to GET RID OF THIS CARPET IN THESE HALLWAYS OMG. It’s tacky ugly and would get rid of the dull smell. Literally would take the look up 100 fold

    The worst building I have ever lived in my entire life BY FAR. They loose your packages, they towed your visitors cars with no reason. They do not clean properly the hallways and common areas. The worst experience, DO NOT MOVE HERE
