    It’s been almost a year now since I’ve been leaving in the complex with my family. We really appreciate the neighborhood as well as the management and maintenance team. Lizzy is awesome. She’s the one that helped us find a place in the complex. And since then, she’s always been very attentive every time we had a maintenance issue or any other need. Very nice and professional at a time. Good experience overall.

  • I like it here.

    I’ve been here 4 months now and really enjoy it. Great location close to lots of food and stores. Staff is super nice and attentive. Apartment is nice and outside is very clean especially compared to other complexes in this area. I’ve seen previous negative reviews but it seems they’ve fixed all of those issues to me.

  • I wouldn't say Luxury...

    The apartments are aesthetically pleasing at first glance but don't be fooled. Revolving office staff. No one is around long enough to fix any of the problems with this complex. Maintenance does the bare minimum. We've fixed many issues ourself in order not to have to deal with them. Roaches everywhere. I try not to be outside at night - but that doesn't do any good when they get inside. They aren't the small ones either. I've found so many large roaches in my apartment I might as well be ...
    living outside. I'm an extremely clean person and it doesn't matter. The message boards are full of people requesting their stolen packages be returned. I would NEVER get anything shipped to my apartment and the office won't take packages. The stairwells are disgusting. Full of food wrappers, dead bugs and dog hair. We were told we were moving into a unit with new cabinets, yet they all had water damage. The storage units are nice to have, the pool area is generally clean, but trash cans around the complex are always over-flowing. Needless to say, we won't be staying.

  • Get on the Same Page Folks.

    Truth... So far move in has been a ball of confusion. 1. Tub was not usable, and this apartment had showings, how with a busted tub. Step it up you'll. 2. Then had to switch apartments, another thing to deal with. 3. Had to update the lights & then light company wanted a $240 extra fee (for the confusion I guess) now have to deal with that. 4. Now they can't get on the right page with what fee is due for moving in on the date (my son ) did. 5. I'm a need them to get on the right page with ...
    Everything. As so far it's Not good. And hope no back lash for telling the truth. They need to give a months credit for all this trouble... Ijs I'll add that staff were very personable. I liked them. But they must up the quality & training...

  • Terrible!!!

    Awful property management!! Roaches that travel inside, and not enough parking spaces for guest. Overall do not spend the money it’s not worth it.

  • No parking dirty community

    No parking only about fifteen spots for four buildings to share then you have to park on the street and hope it’s around your building and you better be able to parallel park. Trash and cardboard dumpster overflowing. pet waste containers overflowing. Have a community fee that is a waste. Staff is terrible

  • WOW management is awful

    Only three stars for the lack of communication and helpfulness of the office employees. Overall the place is great and looks nice and I do not have any other complaints. However, the people currently working in the office are absolutely worthless. Not only do they apply timed deadlines without any communication or notification until there were only six hours left. They also do not care to talk to you at all! It is very clear that everything needs to be done on their time and it is not important ...
    if it inconveniences the residents or applicants. I have never had such a terrible experience with office personnel and would not live here if the apartments themselves did not meet all my requirements. The office people do not answer the phone or respond to messages of emails. I’ve given over a week for both and they simply don’t care enough to respond in any way. Excuses are always that they are busy, but they cannot be busy for 9 days without any sort of reply. Honestly it’s a nice place to live, just brace yourself for the absolute imbeciles working in the office who do not communicate or explain anything and clearly do not care about those they are “helping.”

  • Roaches are everywhere

    August 29, 2017
    Huge roaches everywhere. They are in the garage, outside the perimeter, and now have traveled indoors. I have had my apt. exterminated 4x. I'm an extremely clean person. I've been here less than a year. Oh did I mention the marijuana smoke that seeps through the walls? Loud music. Awful parking. Not worth the money! I selected 1 star because I had to select something. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. The office staff is friendly. It is very centrally located to shops. The cons: They aren't flexible or understanding at all. Parking is a nightmare. I worked two jobs and often had nowhere close to my building to park when I came home from my night job. I lived right off Sandy Porter but ...
    was walking from the office or the dumpster area at midnight or 1am because parking is so bad. Lots of people park illegally, sometimes even behind other cars. I had several days where I was late to work because someone was parked in the driving area close enough to my car that I couldn't get out. The one time I parked illegally because it was 2am and raining, my car got towed. Now, I know I was in the wrong technically, but I see cars all the time parked wrong and never towed. Going to talk to the folks in the office did no good. They are just policy enforcers and claim they have no solutions or leeway. In that one aspect, their customer service was terrible. I also gave notice and moved out two weeks before my lease was up. I get my final bill, and I have rent, cable connection, and water charges all the way to the end date, despite my moving out. Most places will pro-rate for you, but when I called they simply said I was charged to the end of my lease date despite me moving out early. No offers to work with me, pro-rate, or make any concessions. So I paid an extra $113 for a place I wasn't even living or using utilities at. The apartments are expensive for the size, even for the area. While clean and kept nice, they are really pricey for what you get. Also, if you have a situation that doesn't go by the letter of the law (most people's lives do) expect NO flexibility or understanding from the office.

    I moved to Charlotte over a year. I am still a current resident. I love my apartment. I have a one bedroom, with a great closet space. Beside the satisfaction of my apartment, the community is great. The amenities, the staff. The grounds are well manicured. The maintenance is excellent. They are prompt to your request,and courteous. The town has a bowling alley, hotels, movie theater, all in walking distance. There is so much to add. We all dream of a stress free environment. I wake up ...

  • Perfect location

    Moving can be very stressful, but when you find the right apartment, it is all worth it! This apartment complex is new, clean, the staff is helpful, and in the most perfect location for all of your shopping needs (groceries, food, pharmacy, dry cleaning, nail salons, etc, etc, etc...) and the rent is more than reasonable (compared to many of the apartment complexes in Charlotte). This is definitely a place I will stay for a long time!
