Repeated Lack of Respect for Residents’ Time

I previously left a review about how this office handles notice and scheduling for apartment entry, but removed it because I was told it could negatively impact people who weren’t responsible. Unfortunately, management has now done essentially the same thing again.

two-day window with no indication of which day they would actually enter. When I called, the office immediately told me I was scheduled for September 8th. They had an actual date. They simply didn’t tell us, while expecting residents to set aside two days of their lives.
The 8th was impossible for me, so I had to push for the 9th and cancel and move meetings to make it work. I raised this exact issue earlier this year after incorrect scheduling information cost me an entire workday. Apparently, nothing changed.
My criticism is not directed at maintenance or the technicians. It is directed at a poorly run management office that repeatedly shows little respect for residents’ time.
