Not worth it
April 11, 2023Front gate doesnt always work. Our vehicle along with others were stolen right off the property. Police report made. Security patrol on site are ALWAYS sleep inside their vehicle. We reported it several times and nothing has yet to be done. Yes crime happen everywhere but what is the management doing on their end to ensure we are safe? Installing smart rent locks but lazy patrols and broken gates every other week is not it. Spending thousands of dollars on the doors and raising the rent is ...robbery. Nothing is changing. Having cameras installed but telling us you cannot access them is pure foolery. I no longer feel safe out here. Security is never out or patrolling. This isn't the first time a vehicle has been stolen from out the complex. A resident truck was stolen 2 weeks ago and there wasnt any type of notification sent to other residents about it. Also the parking spaces aren't measured out correctly. Some are straight but most are slanted. So if you park and notice a car parked really close to your vehicle, it's not their fault. The parking lot needs to be redone with all the spaces equal and straight. & please don't respond saying contact the office or anything because I don't have time for excuses.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it
September 14, 2017These apartments have lack of security. We receive emails at least once a week about either auto break ins or home invasions. As a person staying alone I do not feel safe. The one security guard they have does not drive around. He stays in one spot and sleeps in his car. This apartment complex also will not work with you on certain things. Customer service is horrible. Things that I've gone thru I have never gon through with any other apartment. For example, they make you clean your own carpet ...before move out and if you do not they will charge you. They also give you an option to hire their team to clean you carpet for $150. Usually apartments clean their own apartments when someone moves out. They are just money hungry. Another thing. My lease is up in November, they scheduled a walk thru to inspect damages in AUGUST! Several months before my move out. They inspect your apartment while your living there and after you move out. I find that very weird. Also if you are a pet owner, they won't allow your dogs to sit on the balcony because it's "against their rules" i personally wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.Property Manager Responded

Staff too lazy to show on a Sunday @ 230pm
July 23, 2017We have to make a fast decision on a 3 bedroom unit. This afternoon I came in with my wife and asked "do you have any three bedrooms". We were told by the leasing agent on duty, "no, we do not have 3 bedrooms at this complex". We asked, "are you sure", (because I thought we saw three bedrooms on the internet site). Agent, "no three bedroom's here". Then I double-check on the internet later and clearly see three bedrooms. Its unfortunate that we signed and made a deposit this afternoon at nearby ...competitor when we really were interested in this complex. Its clear to me that your team lost this contract because the leasing agent is too lazy to show us a place around 230pm on a Sunday 7/23/17. Fair warning!!!
July 26, 2016JUST A FAIR WARNING!!! If you value your personally belongings I would really consider staying at this "community" for lack of better word. I work out of town alot. So that means that I'm away from my apartment weeks sometimes months at a time. I moved here b/c it was easy access to the interstate and mins away from the airport. Like any other resident I'm sure when you leave your apartment you are sure you going to come back to it as you left it with everything"secure". I was quickly taught ...otherwise here at Cascade at Fall Creek. I came hm not once but twice to items missing out of my apartment with no one other than myself and the apartment personally having access to my apartment. The first time it was a few movies missing. The second time is now my 55' tv and a few accessories and house items. So I tGood morning. My name is Damon Philpot and I live in apartment 11101 at 8330 N Sam Houston Parkway E Humble, TX 77396. The purpose of this email is to express my deepest regret from ever choosing this apartment "community". For the last seven weeks I've been away from my apartment due to out of town work with no ability to check on my apartment. While I was out of town I had no one who had access to maintain my apartment. So as I returned once my out of town work was completed to expect my apartment to be just as I left it with ALL my belongings left as and where I left them. To my surprise, my 55' Samsung Uhd television is gone alone with several other items missing out my apartment. Once again other than myself, you guys only had access to my apartment and no one else. There's no sign of forced entry or suspicious markings around the windows or door fram. So that instantly made my visit home very stressed with the concerns of safety and lack of security. So now I'm no longer interested in being a resident in your "community" due to my concerns of safe and secure location. So my question is...how are you guys going to resolve this matter as swifty as possible. So I attempted to take my complaint to the the PM and to my surprise she sent a message through one of the other employees and fail to discuss this matter with me (which is or now a former resident of her community) face to face. ***Long story short...save yourself the headache and don't move here even giving its your last resort.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
