Definitely not premiere living

For what you pay in rent here, you should NOT be dealing with roach infestation. It's really depressing being here, as I'm not used to living like this. Whatever their exterminator uses doesn't work. I've had to spend about $36 in the last week on Home Defense and Combat Max to see if I can get rid of these roaches. I'm over it!

Not what I thought
June 10, 2022
At first everything seemed fine but have issues with the office just not wanting to help me resolve an issue even though it really would not inconvenience them at all. Called corporate and no answer. Definitely moving out as soon as I can. I am even willing to break my lease. I have been in this apartment complex for 3 months. The lady who is no longer here was super nice and helpful but now no one wants to help. It's horrible. Do not recommend it.

good community in a good location

I like this community a lot and I love my apartment floor plan. I was very impressed with the interior when I moved in. However, my biggest issue with the apartments is that the floors and ceilings are thin. You can hear your neighbors upstairs and downstairs play loud music and your floors and ceilings will literally be vibrating. If you live on a middle floor and have a neighbor that has kids living on top of you, good luck! All that stomping and running around can become distressing. The noise ...
disturbance is the only reason why I’m considering not renewing my lease. Another issue is the gym, a lot of the equipments are not working. The pool on some days is not clean. We pay a community maintenance fee monthly and yet some of these things cannot be fixed for us and kept in working order. They say it’s a gated community but I can count how many times that gate has been completely shut, it’s usually open or broken most of the time. No guest parking is another big issue. At least residents should be able to have guest parking for their guests. The biggest pro is that this property is located in a great neighborhood. You are close to a lot of shopping areas, restaurants and a big mall.

Money hungry apartments!

These apartments are nice up until it’s time for your lease to be over with, management turns very nasty and sarcastic, they want you to basically prepare the aparment for the next tenant, they have glass and nails all over the apartments especially by visitors parking so be prepared to replace tires way more often here, Parking is horrible if someone is in your parking spot the office will not help you, you are told to call the tow company and get into altercations with neighbors at your own ...
risk, the gate is always broken, the area is horrible SAVE your money and go somewhere else, once your moved in and management can’t make a sale off you, your a nobody!!! I wish I would’ve followed my first mind and not came here, the trash company finds any reason to leave your trash at your door step although you pay them for this service monthly, the water is a nasty brown it’s been this way before the snow even reached Houston.

Beware of management & office workers

I stayed here for 1 year. They only care about money. No compassion. Office workers have no personality whatsoever! Maintenance is EXCELLENT. THE BEST PART ABOUT COMPLEX. The community will allow stuff to stay broken for months like speed bumps & when it damages your car they have no accountability for their action. The apartment should upgrade amenities & they leave trash everywhere. Gate is always broken & they tow people that live there but won’t bother anybody without a pass. The apartments ...

This place looks good from the outside, and the interior is pretty impressive at first glance with updated features and appliances. Had an apartment on the third floor hoping to have a pest free environment, but that wasn't the case at all. Everyday I saw at least 3 roaches in my kitchen and living area. Major concern being that I am a clean freak, so I know it isn't my wrong doing that's attracting them. This place is just a really old apartment complex that may have been renovated but still is ...
crawling with insects. I will say this place has great floor plans, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with interesting layouts. They charge a fee of $25 a month for reserved parking (uncovered) close to your apartment building. $85 a month for a detached garage. If you choose to not sign up for either one of these parking options, good luck finding a place to park your car. The parking lot is full by 7 p.m. if there is no available spots you must park across the street. Note this is a huge complex with over 15 buildings so there are a lot of residence getting off work around the same time. Also they charge a mandatory fee of $18 a month for trash pick up, there's no opting out of that option either because its required. Basically expect fees upon fees if you want to have a stress free experience living here. The best quality about this place is the updated features and awesome layouts. The worst would be the parking and the insects.
