Horrible! Avoid
January 26, 2021If I could this place no stars that would be my choice! Stuck with all of the move out costs to clean the carpet and the bathroom? Aren’t they supposed to do that anyway. Roaches, rats and critters everywhere along with the most incompetent management team I’ve ever had to deal with.Property Manager Responded

The worst apartments
January 15, 2016We lived in this apartments , this area was good but when we decide to move out, they got a huge amount for cleaning bathroom and carpet about 150 dollar while everything was completely suitable and acceptable. They are really thief. God is always with us.Review from Apartments.com
Rooms are good but horrible additional services
October 11, 2015They offer a horrible laundry service. No proper dryer and the washing time is more. Lethargic customer service. Unnecessary charges for rooms. However, the rooms are good. August 2, 2015I've been living here for the last 2 years. The truth is that you are paying to live in a very quiet zone, inside a quiet neighboorhood. The rent is high if you take into consideration that these are really old apartments, they are not up to date. The cabinets and decor are from the 80's plus they will increase your rent on a yearly basis. I live in a 630sqft apartment and when I moved the rent was $750 or less(it varies with the usage of water and gas, which is included in the rent), and the ...leasing term was 15 months. After my 15 months were done, they increased the rent by $200, which doesn't sound like a lot, but when you are a student, struggling to have a decent life, it hurts your pocket. They also make you pay $40 of basic TWC cable, and is mandatory, included in your monthly rent. They have covered parking, laundry, pools and a tiny gym. They have a great maintenance personal, they respond really quick and they are very competitive. A couple of times per month they hold dinners or get togethers with all the residents and they feed us. You will have all kind of people as neighboors. Mostly senior citizens, asian families and a couple of rich students, because these prices are not student's budget friendly. You have great super markets at a walk in distance, you have access to the UTD transportation and that is. Veeeery very quiet neighborhood.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
