Nice place to live
June 4, 2020I have lived here for 5 years without any issues. The office staff is great. The maintenance turn around is quick. It's been a great place for me. You will have your typical issues with a shared community, but they do a good job at keeps us residents happy. Parking is problematic if you don't pay for a spot, and there are a lot of non-mentioned fees that end up making your rent about $100 more than the base amount. Don’t do it
January 8, 2020Don’t live here they have people that are always fighting with their problems outside and there’s never any parking. Then the people get into your business. So don’t waste your money it’s literally over priced. Also, people in the front office told me a different then what I have to pay now. Do not live here.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2019On the whole, it's been enjoyable here. There has been some turnover throughout the years I have been here, but unfavorable service has continued to be replaced it seems. A few neighbors with loud barking dogs over the years, and crying baby for a bit, but minimal loud disturbances. I still love the area I am located within the property. My balcony & courtyard are essential. I live with Multiple Sclerosis, work from home & don't sleep well anyway, so it does mean that the shifts of weekly ...maintenance here in the courtyard can be annoying, especially when I am not prepared for a change in day with the weather. It seems workers do one at a time.... mow, then weed eat, then leaf blow, and then make intermittent trips through there revving up the equipment again throughout later hours I suppose to get to other area. But I've learned to deal & keep ear plugs nearby if I am trying to sleep, which helps some.... just can't get on the phone for work during any of that time. I only have a couple of issues at the moment. One being the replacement gym vendor took away the only piece of equipment I have been able to use with my condition over the last few years (stair master), and the replacement is not the same... awkward & I can't use. I've been trying to switch between 2 others but have remained in a great deal of pain lately, given in addition to MS, my pelvic bone is completely crooked. All that after the hot tub was taken (never really worked but helped some). The other is a dryer that I have to run through 2-3 cycles if I am drying more than one towel (and very few other items), but I haven't asked about replacement. Still the sanctity of my courtyard tree house keeps me pacified.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 6, 2019Staff is very nice. Neighbors are quiet. Pool & Grill are amazing. Maintenance is fast and thorough. Layout of apartment is spacious. The AC doesn't work well. The residents let their dogs poop anywhere and do not pick it up, despite having a beautiful dog park.
