I absolutely love LOVE everything about living here !!! My studio apt is the perfect sanctuary, the surroundings couldn’t be anymore perfect for what I need access to on the daily… it’s beautiful, beautifully kept up, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If a maintenance issue pops up, it’s taken care of right away… I couldn’t recommend a place more!!!! :):):)

Ratatouille -RATS- *stay away*
March 20, 2023
Rats have overrun the 4 story building. Rats are breeding in the walls and feeding from trash chutes. Maintenance and pest control have pulled rats out for months but the problem persists. Dead rats smell through the walls. City health inspectors are aware and monitoring the problem. The front office is incompetent.

Ratatouille -RATS- *stay away*

Post Legacy at Shops of Legacy. 4 story building. Rats have overrun the building for months. I’ve had maintenance tickets opened since last year. The rats are in the walls and run between the ceilings/floors between floors. Breeding inside building. There are now baby rats. Rat dropping everywhere. They feed from the trash chutes. Maintenance and pest control pull out rats from traps weekly but not doing enough to address the problem. The front office is incompetent. Avoid this MAA property.

Where do I begin... 1. The leasing agent Eva was very unprofessional by telling me, regardless of being Wrongfully denied, incorrect information pertaining to my application. And even after I informed her that the information she was telling me was incorrect. 2. I called and spoke to another agent named Alyssa. She then told me, after explaining my situation, The office manager would call me back before end of business day. Well manager Samantha decided not to call me back. But emailed me a ...
long non helpful email two hours AFTER business was closed. NOT very professional at all. Pretty much letting me know she purposely waited to respond to me so I couldn’t call her back within the business hours. 3. When i finally did receive help, it was from the rental history company they used. And upon speaking to them, I was informed that Someone at Post Legacy had improperly entered my Information WRONG! And that was the reason I was denied. It wasn’t credit or the incorrect information that was originally being shoved down my throat. 4. Here’s the kicker... when i received my denial letter in the mail. All my personal and denied status was visible through the opening of the envelope. This Is UNPROFESSIONAL on ALL levels of contractual business agreements. And here’s my reason on why I WOULD NOT refer this place to anybody that I know!! Not even my enemy!!

Bad customer service, unsafe environment

This apartment complex has had issues with fire alarm system for months, being woken up at all hours of the night with blaring sirens is unpleasant to start with, but add in pipes breaking and flooding my apartment with gallons dirty, smelly water really takes the cake. The management is poor at best taking a defensive stance immediately instead of showing any care for my pet or myself. Please do yourself a favor and avoid MAA complexes at all cost.

It?s been really positive. The place is dog-friendly. They neighbors are really nice as well. Sometimes they break the 10pm-7am curfew of being quiet, but everyone here is respectful. The Post Legacy employees always answer my questions in a timely manner.
