Poor housing
April 9, 2023I lived there for almost a year, I have to buy my own fridge because they refuse to fix the old loud fridge that was there. My car was towed twice from a covered parking with the community sticker on the windshield. Never going there againProperty Manager Responded

Nothing fancy but home!
August 11, 2022Lived here 2 years now and it’s been good so far!. We haven’t experienced roaches like others are talking about and there is a trash issue. They will fine you $100 if you add onto garbage pile, but there are plenty of emails for that go out that residents should be paying attention to and adhering to as a community to keep it clean. Management can only do so much but they are doing what they can. So we appreciate it! So far any fixes and complaints that we’ve had have been addressed maybe not ...always as timely as we’d hope, but they do communicate! Office rarely picks up phone though. Nice pool area, has a grill, gym is okay, clubhouse is fun. Not the fanciest of places, but it is homey and has a decent price.Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY!!
June 16, 2022I have lived in several apartments, and this buy far is the worst one EVER!!! They claim to be luxury apartments...there is nothing luxury about this place. There is a bug problem there for sure, whether it's roaches or all the bugs coming in from the outside, they are there and it bad. Appliances are very out dated, stove burners were all loose and hardly worked. Turn a kitchen light on and you had to wait or keep hitting the switch for it to come on. Now let's get to the parking!!! Parking ...there I'd very bad, they are more concerned about covered parking for the money, you will not find one close to your apartment unless you pay for parking. So that makes it bad if you got kids or need to carry groceries. So many times I've had to park in vistores parking and walk so far just to get home. HORRIBLE!!! Trash is so bad there, it gets filled up fast and doesn't get empty enough times to keep up. If you just leave it there, they will fine you $100.00. They expect you to take it back home and wait. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THAT!!!! It's all about collecting money and they will fined anyway to get it. When you see your rent price, keep in mind that you need to add about another $200.00 from all the fees and overly high utilities they add on. Office staff is very rude as well. AC unit is in the bathroom up in the roof, the vibration of it is so loud, they had to fix it 3 times in the one year that I stayed there, they don't clean up there mess, left greasy handprints on the walls, just horrible. ALL RENTERS...STAY AWAY!!!! Nothing luxury about this place at all.Property Manager Responded

Please do research
January 2, 2022I know Apts are stepping stones, but if you can do better please do so. My honest evaluation of this place is, you can hear neighborhoods as if they are in your home, that is how thin the walls are. Its is NOT like this ALL apts, this is the first one I've experienced. Living in the actual apt is OK- nothing is updated, appliances are mediocre, they may or may not work. Something is definitely wrong with the electric. You can turn a light switch on and it wont actually come on until 3 to 8 ...minutes later, no cap! like seriously. As other have said, there are definite huge bugs an spiders. No matter what you o or how clean you are THEY ARE HERE!!! When you renew your lease unlike other apts that offer you something, like something off first month of your lease rent, carpet cleaning something, they offer NOTHING!!! Your rent just goes up, not by a little but ALOT - like the first time $100 the second time $230. Now lets get to the good part... The office STAFF is TERRIBLE!!! I have lived at several and never had a problem with office staff but they are TERRIBLE!!!! They have the worst attitudes as if the MAA company is actually telling them to be rude to its leasers and it will be ok because we will support you. I am not sure what the problem is with them cause I WAS NEVER LATE FOR RENT NOT ONCE!!!! But they definitely don't have their tenants in good interest. I have called to complain about things before and they told me to go handle it while they did nothing. It would be best to look elsewhere. I would NOT recommend.Property Manager Responded

Don't recommend!
June 25, 2021This is my first week here and I am already regretting my decision to move here. Upon arrival I noticed there is mold growing in my kitchen cabinets. No one has been by to fix the issue. Worst apartments Ever.
November 4, 2017I would NOT recommend these apartments to anyone. I’ve never heard of an apartment complex not having a Dropbox. They get rich off of your late fees so they make ways for you not to pay your rent on time. These apartments are by far the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. I will not be renewing my lease here. Management is very very poor. They have huge raccoons here and water bugs. Trash is everywhere around the dumpster and they only clean it twice a month. It’s horrible here.Property Manager Responded

not the best
August 25, 2015I would have to say that this apartment read great to start. As of right now I am looking to move out. We have weekly issues as far as the trash in the bushes in front of our unit. The unit above us always throwing dirty diapers over the railing. I have contacted the leasing office about it and they seem to do nothing. I have to pick each one up because they won't send anyone for at least a week and then by that time there is another diaper so that makes 2 that I have to pick up and take to the ...dumpster. Management doesn't try to manage the tenants and just seem to let anything happen. By far the worst place I have lived in thus far. Spacious Apartments
August 9, 2015The apartments are very spacious. When you walk in, it looks like a cute little house. The doors are wider than average, which made the moving process easier. The kitchen is a little small, but overall, the apartment is nice. The master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet. The apartments only have closets in the bedrooms, and one coat closet. The negative side of the apartment is the complex. There are only two dumpsters for the entire complex, so sometimes the trash overflows all around the ...dumpster.
