Cons: The unit and building are old and worn and it shows, the maintenance team on site is terrible - every job was done halfway and every month there was a new problem that would take multiple visits to fix, it’s ALWAYS loud between the never ending parade of garbage and construction trucks during the day and the homeless/drunk people at night, my car got broken into (window shattered, backpack stolen) in the supposedly secure gated parking garage, paper thin walls, and laughably overpriced for ...

Pros: Minutes from Downtown, close to all major highways, tons of shopping, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, cool area, covered garage parking, smart home technology, cute balcony, laminate flooring in the living space and kitchen with carpet in the bedroom, screen door from bedroom to balcony which is great when you want some circulating fresh air
