May 6, 2019We have lived at Park Estate since moving to Memphis in January 2002. We began in a two-bedroom flat and were on the waiting list for a town house for four years. Park Estate has very few two-story town houses, and we have very little turn-over here, which is a great thing. The residents seem to be mostly professionals and older folks, and the neighbors keep a close watch on the activity of the property, which is good.
